Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Domestic Shipping Rate

€3,75 + Shipment Class (determined by the weight and size of your order)

Standard International Shipping Rates

€5,75 + Shipment Class (determined by the weight and size of your order)

Africa

€9,75 + Shipment Class (determined by the weight and size of your order)

North and South America

€9,75 + Shipment Class (determined by the weight and size of your order)

Australia and Antarctic

€9,75 + Shipment Class (determined by the weight and size of your order)

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase – please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can exchange it or get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for an exchange or full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Please be notified that damaged products caused by the customer won’t be exchanged or refunded.
