Hi people, I’m a quality assurance analyst with a business background, contemplating trying the CQE exam as a route to move into quality roles. Since I don’t have an engineering certification, I’m a fairly worried about the technical elements and how rigorous the exam might be from that perspective. I’d sincerely appreciate hearing from others who have taken the exam without formal engineering preparation—how did you manage the concepts that seemed pretty technical? Also, if anyone could offer study guides or resources intended for people coming from non-engineering fields, that would be extremely useful. I found cqe certification with some stories and prep advice, but personal accounts always give better understanding. Thanks in advance for any recommendations or encouragement on bridging those knowledge gaps!
